The Most Loved Season Is Upon Us!
Yes, Fall. For most people, fall is the most loved season!
Not sure if it's the flannels, the cozy sweatshirts or the fall football games filled with those foods we love! Or perhaps, it's the beautiful leaves changing and the crisp air biting at your face in the morning. Either way, we take it all in.

While we prepare our homes for fall with decorating, cleaning, lawn care, etc, we also need to prep our body and minds for a healthy fall.
It's the time to set healthy boundaries, because chilli, hot dogs/brats, and Halloween candy isn't the answer. Not even those of you who enjoy a handful of candy corn.

Here are 5 tips to prepare your mind and body for fall
Get outside and enjoy a walk. The Crisp air and being outdoors lifts your mood.
Take in all those vegetables of the season! This the time where the harvest is freshly picked. Choose fruits and veggies of the season such as apples, squash, sweet potatoes, broccoli, carrots, pumpkins, etc.
